Our Fees

• Our online subscriptions are designed to complement the workbooks and learning materials we provide to our families. We understand that delivering physical workbooks can sometimes be challenging, particularly for families living outside of Canada. To ensure that all students have convenient access to the resources they need, we offer online subscriptions as an additional way to support learning from wherever they are located.

• To support a fair and consistent testing environment, we use ProctorTrack, an online invigilation tool. ProctorTrack provides a secure testing environment by functioning as a lockdown browser and helps us maintain the integrity of assessments.

  During online tests, ProctorTrack records the student's screen and their testing environment. This allows assessments to be completed in a supervised and secure setting while helping ensure that each student's work accurately reflects their own knowledge and understanding.

We aim to provide students with opportunities to participate in educational field trips and activities throughout the school year. Field trip opportunities may vary from year to year depending on student interest, availability, and the opportunities offered.

There is no set annual field trip fee. When a field trip is confirmed, families will receive information about the activity, including the date, details, and any associated cost. Participation in field trips is optional, and families will have the opportunity to decide whether they would like their child to participate.

Our goal is to offer meaningful experiences that complement classroom learning and provide students with opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with others beyond the classroom.

Students in Grade 9 may have the opportunity to participate in an Umrah trip as part of their educational and faith-based experiences. The estimated cost of the trip is estimated $5,000 per student.

Trip details and final costs will be communicated to families once arrangements have been confirmed.
