Minimum daily requirements for learning

• Students should be available for synchronous (live) sessions as outlined by their timetable. 

• Synchronous learning time (LIVE classes) - students will meet alongside other classmates and be led by their online teacher for approximately 85 minutes of instruction daily. 

• Students will also have small instruction time allotted by their teacher to support their learning and interventions. 

• Students will also have assessment blocks to ensure the teacher is assessing each child accurately. 

• Asynchronous learning time (shoulder to shoulder) - students will be given independent work throughout the day where the child practices at home alongside the support of their parent/guardian.

• Parents/guardians will need to support their child(ren) in downloading materials, uploading assignments, and following up with homework practice in workbooks and through online platforms.
