Minimum daily requirements for learning

• Students should be available for synchronous (live) sessions as outlined by their timetable. 

• Synchronous learning time (LIVE classes) - students will meet alongside other classmates and be led by their online teacher for approximately 90 minutes of instruction daily. 

  • Students will also have small instruction time allotted by their teacher to support their learning and interventions. 

  • Students will also have assessment blocks to ensure the teacher is assessing each child accurately. 

• Parents as partners in learning- students will be given independent work throughout the day where the child practices at home alongside the support of their parent/guardian.

• Parents/guardians will need to support their child(ren) in downloading materials, uploading assignments, and following up with homework practice in workbooks and through online platforms. 

• Classroom supplies will be provided by our partner School Start. This has been sent via email to parents to order supplies online and have them sent directly home from the supplier.

  • Printer/scanner

  • Internet Connection
